Another week of despair! Air Zimbabwe pilot strike is still in full swing as the grounded national carrier of Zimbabwe has recently announced the Sunday, August 14, 2011 flight being cancelled.

All passengers remain stranded in the anticipation of a solution. According to the officials, Air Zimbabwe is seeking over $7 million to pay back the salaries of its raged pilots and clear all debts. Only in that case the airline will be able to resume operations as the pilots are well determined not to return until then.
